Do you take hundreds of photographs, but never know what to do with them? Wish you could somehow bring your favorite inspirations that you have collected on pinterest and make them a part of your home? Well hopefully after this post you’ll be inspired to take bits-and-pieces of things that inspire you, whether it is a photograph, magazine advertisement, a piece of jewelry, or a fabric swatch, and hang them up in a space that could use a little inspiration and a large dose of “YOU.” These should be things that get your creativity flowing, or simply things that make you smile. I hung some of my favorite images above my desk with a piece of string and clothespins and it makes me smile every day. There are a lot of different ways you can organize your inspirations. Separate different themes (like pinterest boards) by separating collaged images and swatches into vintage frames or bulletin boards. Keep it neat and structured, or let it all spill out organically.
