As I mentioned over on Mimi + Meg, I love making arancini for me and the hubs when I can… (and boy have I been slacken’ lately). Since this week is social media week in D.C., I set some time aside this weekend to make sure we could have a little Valentines dinner at home. This recipe typically calls for marinara (or I even enjoy it with a bolognese) but I wanted to test it with a rose this time. It was still delicious but… stick to marinara. I’ve tried several arancini recipes but my all time favorite one can be found here.




















When I studied abroad in Italy I was obsessed with these. They sold them to you on a piece of wax paper and you ate them like an apple. I haven’t had one since! I can’t wait to try to make them!
Oh let me know how they turn out! I loooove them! But def don’t recommend rose sauce, haha!
