Last week, Samantha and I hit TJMaxx to do a little shopping and we found this ridiculously amazing BCBG maxi skirt (no longer available but can be seen here–gorgeous, right?!). Sadly, there weren’t any in our sizes and I’ve been mildly depressed about it ever since.
But it totally re-sparked my love affair with long flowing, floor-length skirts and dresses (as some of you may have peeped on instagram yesterday.) So naturally I had to share the girlie fun with you today! We’ve done TONS of posts referencing the maxi trend so short on inspiration, you are not. I’m seriously feeling the maxi skirts lately — too bad I’m so short! I would have to spend a fortune in alterations if I bought all the maxi skirts/dresses that have caught my eye lately. That first outfit is perfection!
I love this style! I wonder if it would fit below the giant mound of child growing inside of me?! With a tight plain tank it is one maternity look I might actually like.

I LOVE maxi skirts but I can’t seem to find any that don’t make me look like I’m swimming in fabric. they are sooo beautiful though and I’ll keep trying to find the perfect one :)
