I think my latest post over at Made by Girl is my favorite to date! As some of you may know, I’ve always loved doing outfits inspired by art so I decided to make a few outfits inspired by Jen’s small paintings–it was so fun!! (Little teaser below of my favorite one)
Also, as I mentioned briefly in a previous post, I had a blast showing Meg of Mimi + Meg around my hood!! She’s not from the east coast and she’s new to the D.C. area so she had this brilliant idea to reach out to local bloggers and have then show her around their fave spots for a series on her blog called My City. What a great way to learn more about your new city, right!? She has a really awesome wrap up that includes pics of our shopping finds as well as a little Q&A that I had so much fun doing! That Old Bay rimmed Bloody Mary pictured below is from one of my favorite Sunday brunch restaurants–nothing says Maryland quite like an Old Bay rimmed Bloody Mary!!! L O V E !!!
