Definitely not a look for the wallflower, printed silk pants are a bold statement piece that will never let you blend into a crowd even if you wanted to. The wide leg, flowing silhouette of these seventies-inspired pants are a perfect alternate to the maxi dress or skirt that give your look just that extra bit of edge and interest that we always seem to be looking for. They come in floral patterns, geometric patters, and often even mimic patterns of those found on vintage scarves (those ones are my favorite)!
Be cautious though – these pants can too easily cross that line of looking as though you just rolled out of bed, so pair them with structured, solid pieces such as a fitted cropped top, a blazer, or a simple pair of platforms or wedges. Will you be jumping on the trend-wagon with this one?! If so, we would love to know how you are pulling it off!
