Leather Jacket: It Was Fate

I’ve been searching for the perfect leather jacket for a long. time. While I was definitely open to purchasing a faux for less if I found one I liked, deep down I kind of wanted an investment piece since a good leather jacket is as valuable as a good bag you know you’ll use and love for years–so I was being picky about the details. I didn’t want the hardware to be too metallic, I didn’t want the feel to be too stiff or too soft. I wanted smooth leather not textured, the tassels, if any, to be slim and I most absolutely needed zippers on the sleeves… you get the idea–I was being ridiculous. Until I found this gem

I fell in love!!! But I found it at one of the first shops the hubs and I visited in Paris, so I was hesitant to commit. Despite it being the last one in my size, I walked away from it at first, deciding to just make my way back if I really wanted it slash didn’t find something better. Talk about savers remorse–I thought about it all day and nothing else compared. How could I have let this find go!? A few hours later we rushed back only to find that the shop had JUST closed as we ran up. Nooooooo!!!!! By the grace of, the shop owner was still there, saw the total devastation in my eyes, opened up and let me get it. Fate. Check out the shop and the details here and if you’re looking for a similar, this one, this one and this total fantasy were definitely on my list!!!! This guy is also a great find for under $100!
