Yesterday was such a dreamy snow day, wasn’t it? We didn’t get nearly as much snow as I would have liked, but, still, I’ll take it! It did get me thinking, though: how many of you are really ready for snow season? As I mentioned in this post last year, there’s really only one way to prepare for the snow and that’s with some killer snow boots. Boots that, say, have water-resistant suede, ‘thinsulate’ insulation and seam-sealed construction. Akhem. Here you go! Only a few of the many reason Sorel boots are the way to go. No exceptions. Their Joan of Arctic is definitely the classic option (I LOVE the tobacco color), but there are so so many others that are just to die for. (Can you tell Im the biggest fan?)
Think other snow boots are just as good? Eh. They might get you through a season or two. But, much like Hunter rain boots, it’s hard to stand up to the life-long quality. Even if you can find other boots that are suitable in form, when it comes to function nothing beats the original. Let it snow, let it snow!!!
